Your Resource HUB

Here you’ll find everything you need to set up GoGenerosity in your business. Simply choose a section below and complete your set up.

Set up your in-store collateral

In-store collateral is an important part of your customers’ experience. It helps them understand the role they can play in helping locals in need, through educating them about our partnership and paying-it-forward.

Here's how your collateral should look

Train & engage your staff

The more engaged your staff are with GoGenerosity, the more likely they are to collect pay-it-forwards. They’re the connection between customers and your business’ generosity, so let’s help them feel confident and empowered.

Staff training step 1: Send a message

We suggest sending the following message to your team, personalising it to your business. It includes the link and makes life simple for you:

[your business name] has partnered with GoGenerosity so we can provide [your good/service] to locals in need. Through this partnership we will be giving [good/service] to [charity partner] every [time period].

To make this happen we ask customers to pay-it-forward at the point of sale. This is a small money amount on top of their bill. Everything you need to know is in a short video playlist. We will be putting up a QR code poster in the staffroom which sends you straight to the playlist.

Staff training step 2: Print your help sheet

Place your help sheet behind the counter or in your staff room for your staff to easily access training videos so they can confidently communicate paying-it-forward to your customers.

The QR goes to the same short video playlist linked above.

Sharing your generosity on social media

Social media is a powerful platform for sharing what makes your business special - your GoGenerosity partnership is part of that. By sharing your generosity you make sure your customers know they can be part of it.

Promoting our partnership on your website

Having GoGenerosity on your website showcases that you’re a generous business, and lets them know how your business’s pay-it-forwards are directly impacting people’s lives.

How to show your generosity on your website

1. Add a new page or add a new section to your community page (if you have one)

2. Copy and paste this description, personalising it to your business: Help us help locals in need. We’ve partnered with local initiative GoGenerosity to make generosity easy. This software gives you the opportunity to pay-it-forward by adding a small amount to your bill (even $1 counts). These small amounts are added up for us to provide [your product/service] to [charity partner], who distributes them to locals in need.

3. Add two buttons with the following links and text: Link to the GoGenerosity homepage with ‘learn more’. Link your generosity HUB with ‘See our latest stats’. Find this in the Business Marketplace by clicking your logo.

4. You can even choose to add an image from our image drive 👇
