Therapy for women with breast cancer

Cherrybarn Bowen is a massage therapist here in Tauranga that focuses on holistic health using Bowen Therapy. Bowen Therapy uses the connectedness of soft tissue to stimulate the nervous system and reduce pain.

Since they've joined the GoGenerosity community, Cherry Barn's generous customers have been paying-it-forward on top of their own treatments. Cherrybarn Bowen then pools all their customers pay-it-forward donations and uses this money to give free sessions to people suffering from incurable breast cancer through their charity partner, Sweet Louise.

Lynne, owner of Cherrybarn Bowen has been able to give 4 free Bowen sessions to people being cared for by Sweet Louise and is really stoked to be able to support these lovely ladies at what is an incredibly vulnerable and difficult time in their lives.

Our hearts are warmed when we hear how organisations like Sweet Louise are able to offer experiences like this that bring comfort and happiness to people in tough circumstances. This is exactly why GoGenerosity exists, to  amplify the good work of charities around the world by giving them access to the goods and services that the local people they serve need most.
